Get To Know Me - The Update

So I've been pretty distant from my blog, again! I know it seems to be happening more often than not, but I've been struggling with time and  a sort of blogger's block. I have no idea what to talk to you about. As well as all that, I've been going through some personal problems of my own which I'm not going to get into now but maybe some time when it feels right, I might let you in on all that and give you an insight to what's been going on with me. BUT, for now I've just been wondering the internet and blog scene and stumbled across this 'get to know me' sort of tag I found on my lovely friend Belle's blog @ bellebrick.blogspot.co.uk (check it outtttt) and thought it'd be a good way to get back into the swing of things and also give you an update with me!

What’s your middle name?

My middle name is Jane, which is okay I guess. My mum is called Jayne, but with the Y. So I don't know why mines without..

What was your favourite subject at school?

Despite failing most of my classes at school, I quite enjoyed GCSE Art, the class was full of really nice people and at that time I was pretty much a loner so it gave me a few new friends. 

 

What is your favourite drink?

At the moment I literally drink nothing but coffee and plain tap water. That's because I'm either at the gym working out or trying to give myself energy with coffee, its a whole circle of tiredness! I also love Frappes, Smoothies and if it were to be an alcoholic drink, I'd probably say Chamord and Lemonade.

What’s your favourite song at the moment?

I can never remember the names of songs that I hear on the radio but I've been loving blasting Years and Years - Desire in my car and enjoy singing the wrong lyrics, cos why the hell not! I also am really into The Carpenters at the moment, because I find their music so chilling and they remind me of scary horror films.

What’s your favourite food?

At first I thought of the obvious, pizza! But actually, I'm pretty much addicted to Avocado on toast right now!

What’s the last thing you bought?

I've actually just started my Christmas shopping yesterday but I can't tell you that! However I did a little shop yesterday of random groceries that included; milk, pasta salad, deodorant and coffee lattes.

 

Favourite book of all time?

I am in no way a book person, only when I go on holiday do I ever read. Unless it's a magazine.. But that last book I read was 'Gone Girl' and it's bloody awesome!

Favourite colour?

There is literally so many colours I love right now, with clothes, hair colour, nails, everything! I mostly love Mauve and dusty pinks. Mostly because they go so well with my hair.

Do you have any pets?

Yeaa, I have an 8 year old Border Collie Cross. His names Alfie, but he answers to many more than that. He's the funniest little bean and never fails to make me smile.

Favourite Perfume?

I love all of the Victoria's Secret body mists.

Favourite Holiday Destination?

I'd probably go with Greece or Majorca, mainly because of the memories that I've made in those places, and obviously the food!

Are you married?

Nope, just me.

Have you ever been out of the country, if so how many times?

Yeah, I think if I count it right, it's around 8 times?

Do you speak any other languages?

Well, I did German at school and actually didn't do too bad with my speaking exam, but I couldn't say much now.

 

How many siblings do you have?

I have 2 older brothers.

What’s your favourite shop?

I really like H&M, preferably the Divided section. They have such a cool range of stuff. But obviously I'll always love Primark.

Favourite Restaurant?

I don't really have one. The last meal out that I really loved was a supergrain salad with halloumi from Nandos. I'm not one for the spices but I love the healthy side of it all.

When was the last time you cried?

Yesterday. I cry a lot recently.

Favourite Blog?

I really like Kayleigh Jean and her nail art designs.

Favourite Film?

I don't have a favourite film at the moment, because I have nothing to do with my spare time, I've watched a billion of movies. The best one I've watched recently is Room.

Favourite TV Shows?

Bob's Burger's makes me laugh all the time and I'm a huge lover of soaps and drama.

PC or Mac?

Never used a Mac so PC.

 

What phone do you have?

Sony Xperia Z3 Compact but my contract is running out soon  so I'm going to be getting a new phone before Halloween.

How tall are you?

Probably something around 5'5.
 

Can you cook?

To some extent, yes! I like to think my cooking is really nice, but I'm usually the only person who seems to really enjoy it.
