Ultra Slim Day 4

Breakfast - Caramel shake with half a banana
Snack - Handful of blackberries 
Lunch - Satsuma
Dinner - Roast chicken, brown rice, corn on the cob and veggies

It seems like I've been eating very little but I've barely been hungry enough to want a full shake or eat at all. So that's why I've been nibbling on fruit and veggies throughout the day.
